Order Processing

All orders are processed within [1–2] business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-demand periods, product launches, or limited drops, processing times may be extended. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates only and are provided by the carrier. Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

Estimated delivery times:

Adrift is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Incorrect Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Adrift is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned to us due to address issues may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Adrift is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Lost or stolen after delivery

  • Delayed due to carrier issues

If your package is marked as delivered but missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Adrift is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved cases will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
