    At Adrift, each item is produced and sold with intention. Because of this, all sales are final.

    No Returns

    We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Incorrect size selection

    • Change of mind

    • Fit preference

    • Wear and tear

    Please review all product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

    Refunds & Replacements (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)

    Refunds or replacements will only be considered if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    To be eligible, you must:

    1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

    2. Provide clear photo or video proof of the issue

    3. Email all proof to: AdriftWorldWide@gmail.com

    Once reviewed and approved, you will be offered one of the following options:

    • A refund to the original payment method, or

    • A replacement order sent at no additional cost

    Approval of refunds or replacements is made at our discretion after reviewing the provided proof.

    Non-Eligible Situations

    Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

    • Normal wear after use

    • Damage caused after delivery

    • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer

    • Orders reported outside the 48-hour window

    • Failure to provide sufficient proof

    Shipping & Handling

    We are not responsible for:

    • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

    • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

    • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

    Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

    By placing an order with Adrift, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

    Chargebacks filed without first contacting us for resolution will be considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to submit all order information, delivery confirmation, correspondence, and policy acceptance records to the payment processor in response to any dispute.

    Unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
